2 ORDINANCE REZONING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND, AND AMENDING
THE LAND USE ZONING MAP, WHICH IS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN
3 SECTION 19.06.020 OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE.
(PETITION NO. 1152, LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF STATE COLLEGE
4 PARKWAY SOUTH OF VARS ITY AVENUE.)
5 THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San

Bernardino Municipal Code, the following described parcel of
9
real property, generally located on the west side of State
College Parkway south of Varsity Avenue, is rezoned from the
R-3-3000 District (Multiple-Family Residential District) to the
C-2 District (Commercial District), subject to the conditions
imposed by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San
Bernardino at their meeting of October 27, 1980, which are on
file in the office of the City Clerk of the City of San
Bernardino:
All that real property situated in the City of
San Bernardino, County of San Bernardino, State
of California, described as follows:
That portion of Section 18, Township 1 North,
Range 4 West, SAN BERNARDINO BASE AND MERIDIAN,
as the lines of the Government Survey Map,
approved by the United States Surveyor General,
dated June 21, 1872, be extended over Rancho
Muscupiabe, in the County of San Bernardino,
State of California, as per Plat recorded in
Book 7 of Maps, Page 23, records of said County,
described as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of said
Section 18;
Thence N 890 19' 50" W, along the South line of
said Section 18, a distance of 607.42 feet to
an intersection with the Westerly right of way
line of Devil Canyon (State Street) Road, as
said road is described in the Quitclaim Deed
from the San Bernardino County Flood Control
