ORDINANCE REZONING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND, AND AMENDING THE
LAND USE ZONING MAP, WHICH IS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN SECTION
19.06.020 OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE. (PETITION NO.
1170, LOCATED ON THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LYNWOOD STREET AND PARK
AVENUE. )

THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino
8 Municipal Code, the following described parcel of real property,
9 generally located on the southwest corner of Lynwood Street and
10 Park Avenue, is rezoned from the C-3A District (Limited General
J] Commercial District) to R-3-1200 District (Multiple-Family
]2 Residential District), subject to the conditions imposed by the
]3 Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Bernardino at their
14 meeting of October 27, 1980, which are on file in the office of
15 the City Clerk of the City of San Bernardino:
16 All that real property situated in the City
of San Bernardino, County of San Bernardino,
17 State of California, described as follows:
18 Lots 3, 4 and 5, Block 1, according to Map
of Del Rosa Townsite, in the County of San
19 Bernardino, State of California, as per plat
recorded in Book 12 of Maps, Page 42, in the
20 office of the County Recorder of said
County.

SECTION 2. The zoning map, which is incorporated by
24 reference in Section 19.06.020 of the San Bernardino Municipal
25 Code, is amended to reflect the changes of zone set forth in this
