2 ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING SECTION
5.04.565 OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE, TO PROVIDE THAT THE
3 MANUFACTURERS BUSINESS LICENSE FEE WILL BE BASED ON GROSS RECEIPTS
RECEIVED FROM ALL PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED WITHIN THE CITY.

THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO DO
5 ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Section 5.04.565 of the San Bernardino Municipal
7 Code is amended to read as follows:

"A. For every person, firm or corporation manufacturing and
9 selling any goods, wares or merchandise at wholesale, and not
10 otherwise specifically taxed by other provisions of this
11 ordinance, an annual license fee of one-fourth (1/4) of one-tenth
12 (1110) of one percent (l%) (.00025) of annual gross receipts from
13 sales within or without the boundaries of the City of San
14 Bernardino, provided such goods, wares or merchandise are not
15 shipped outside of the State of California, but in no case an
16 annual license fee of less than $30.00 per annum, payable
17 quarterly in four equal payments.

B. For every person, firm or corporation conducting,
19 carrying on or managing the business of selling goods, wares or
20 merchandise at wholesale, other than manufacturing and selling
21 goods at wholesale, an annual license fee of one-fourth (1/4) of
22 one-tenth (1/10) of one percent (l%) (.00025) of annual gross
23 receipts from sales and deliveries within the boundaries of the
24 City of San Bernardino, but in no case an annual license fee of
25 less than $30.00 per annum, payable quarterly in four equal
26 payments."
27 I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance was duly
28 adopted by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San
