2 ORDINANCE REZONING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND, AND AMENDING
THE LAND USE ZONING ~1AP, \'-HICH IS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN
3 SECTION 19.06.020 OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE. (PETITIO
NO. 1143, LOCATED ON A NINE ACRE PARCEL AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER
4 OF RIALTO AVENUE AND MERIDIAN AVENUE.)
5 THE MAYOR AND C0l1I-10N COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino
7
Municipal Code, the following described parcel of real property,
8
generally located on a nine acre parcel at the southeast corner of
9
Rialto Avenue and Meridian Avenue, is rezoned from the C-M
10
Commercial-Manufacturing District to PRD-12U Planned Residential
Development - 12 units per net acre, subject to the conditions
imposed by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Ber-
nardino at their meeting of November 17, 1980, which are on file
in the office of the City Clerk of the City of San Bernardino:

All that real property situated in the
City of San Bernardino, County of San
Bernardino, State of California, des-
cribed as follows:

All that portion of the southwest 1/4
of Section 7, township 1 south, range
4 west, San Bernardino Base and Meridian,
lying north of the northerly line of that
certain property conveyed to San Bernardino
County Flood Control District, a body corpO-
rate and politic, by deed recorded November
15, 1962 in book 5801, page 632, Official
Records.

Excepting therefrom the interest in the north
20 feet thereof, as conveyed to San Bernardino
County for highway purposes, by deeds recorded
April 3, 1900 in book 285, page 129 and 130
of Deeds.
Also excepting therefrom the interest in the
west 30 feet thereof, as conveyed to the City
of San Bernardino, a municipal corporation,
by deed recorded July 12, 1928 in book 389,
page 203, Official Records.

SECTION 2. The zoning map, which is incorporated by refer-
3 ence in Section 19.06.020 of the San Bernardino Municipal Code,
4 is amended to reflect the changes of zone set forth in this
5 ordinance.
