APPREHENSION AND BOARDING.

THE MAYOR AND CO~~ON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Chapter 6.34 is added to the San Bernardino
Municipal Code to read:

LIVESTOCK APPREHENSION AND BOARDING

6.34.010 Authority to Apprehend - Fees
Any livestock found running at large in the city shall be
apprehended by the animal control officer. The owner of any
apprehended livestock shall pay apprehension fees and daily board
and care fees prior to recovering the livestock from the animal

control office. Apprehension fees and board and care fees shall I

be set by resolution of the Mayor and Common Council. Unclaimed i

livestock may be disposed of by sale at auction or by destruction I

after seven calendar days."
