ORDINANCE REZONING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND, AND AMENDING
THE LAND USE ZONING MAP, WHICH IS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN
SECTION 19.06.020 OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE. (PETITIO
NO. 1174, LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF SHANDIN HILLS, SOUTH OF
KENDALL DRIVE AND EAST AND WEST OF LITTLE MOUNTAIN DRIVE.)

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardi 0
8 Municipal Code, the parcel of real property described in Exhibit
9 "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof, generally located on
10 the north side of Shand in Hills, south of Kendall Drive and east
II and west of Little Mountain Drive, is rezoned from R-1-14,000 and
12 Ro-1-7200 Single Family Residential, R-3-3000 Multiple Family
13 Residential and C-2 Community Commercial to the PRD Planned
14 Residential Development and C-3 General Commercial land use
15 zoning districts, subject to the conditions imposed by the
16 Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Bernardino at their
17 meeting of December 8, 1980, which are on file in the office of
18 the City Clerk of the City of San Bernardino.

SECTION 2. The zoning map, which is incorporated by
21 reference in Section 19.06.020 of the San Bernardino iiunicipal
22 Code, is amended to reflect the changes of zone set forth in
23 this ordinance.

Mountain Drive, and more particularly designated on tentative sub-
division tract maps on file in the office of the Planning Director,
