2 ORDINANCE REZONING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND, AND AMENDING
THE LAND USE ZONING MAP, WHICH IS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN
3 SECTION 19.06.020 OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE, (PETITION
NO. 1176, LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF CENTRAL AVENUE APPROXIMATELY
4 700 FEET SOUTH OF HIGHLAND AVENUE AND ABUTTING THE SANTA FE
RAILROAD TRACKS.)

6 DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardin

Municipal Code, the following described parcel of real property,
9
generally located on the east side of Central Avenue approximately
10
700 feet south of Highland Avenue and abutting the Santa Fe Rail-
II
road tracks, is rezoned from R-1-7200 Single-Family Residential
12
and R-3-1200 Multiple Family Residential to PRD planned Residentia
13
Development, subject to conditions imposed by the Mayor and

Common Council of the City of San Bernardino at their meeting of

December 8, 1980, which are on file in the office of the City

Clerk of the City of San Bernardino:

All that real property situated in the City
of San Bernardino, County of San Bernardino,
State of California, described as follows:

Being a portion of the northeast 1/4 of
Section 32, Township 1 north, Range 3
west, San Bernardino Base and Meridian,
in the County of San Bernardino, State of
California, described as follows:

Commencing at the centerline intersection
of Central Avenue and Highland Avenue; thence
S 0" 23' 30" E a distance of 659.17 feet;
thence N 89" 40' 32" E a distance of 20.00
feet, said point being the TRUE POINT OF
BEGINNING, said point also being the north-
west corner of unrecorded Tract Map No. 11644:
thence N 89" 40' 32" E a distance of 461.57
feet; thence S 0" 24' 18" E, a distance of
150.00 feet; thence N 89" 40' 32" E, a distance
of 200.00 feet; thence S 0" 24' 18" E a dis-
tance of 509.73 feet; thence S 89" 43' 18" W,
a distance of 74.35 feet, said point being
the northeasterly right-of-way of the Atchison,
Topeka and Santa Fe Railroad; thence N 48" 39'

of 787.20 feet; said point being the easterly
right-of-way of Central Avenue; thence N 00
23' 30" W, a distance of 136.26 feet to the
TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING. Basis of Bearings
for the above traverse being the centerline
of Central Avenue being N 00 23' 30" W per
Parcel Map 4312 recorded in Parcel Map Book
40, page 38 of the records of San Bernardino
County.

SECTION 2. The zoning map, which is incorporated by
reference in Section 19.06.020 of the San Bernardino Municipal
Code, is amended to reflect the changes of zone set forth in this
ordinance.
