2 ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING SECTION
19.78.020 OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE BY AMENDING USE NO
3 10 TO PERMIT CABLE TV RECEIVING ANTENNAE, TOWERS AND ASSOCIATED

THE ~ffiYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDIN
5 DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Section 19.78.020 of the San Bernardino
7 /1unicipal Code is amended by amending use number 10 as follows:

"10. Public utilities and service facilities; cable TV
9 antennae, towers and associated facilities under a valid existing
10 CATV franchise agreement with the City;"
11 I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance was duly
12 adopted by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San
