THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO DO
RDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Section 1.01.040 of the San Bernardino Municipal
8 Code is amended to read:

"1.01.040 Ordinances passed prior to adoption of the code.
The last ordinance included in this code at the time of its
