ORDINANCE REZONING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND, AND AMENDING THE
ILAND USE ZONING MAP, WHICH IS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN SECTION
119.06.020 OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE, (PETITION NO. 1178
LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF MILL STREET BETWEEN PEPPER AVENUE AND
EUCALYPTUS AVENUE).

THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino
8 Municipal Code, the following described parcel of real property,
9 generally located on the south side of Mill Street between Pepper
10 Avenue and Eucalyptus Avenue, is rezoned from R-1-7200 Single-
11 Family Residential District to MHP Mobile Home Park Zone, subject
12 to conditions imposed by the Mayor and Common Council of the City
13 of San Bernardino at their meeting of February 23, 1981, which are
14 on file in the office of the City Clerk of the City of San
15 Bernardino:

All that real property situated in the City of San
Bernardino, County of San Bernardino, State of
California, described as follows:

and adjoining subdivisions, in the City of San
