ORDINANCE REZONING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND, AND AMENDING THE
'I LAND USE ZONING MAP, WHICH IS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN SECTION
19.06.020 OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE, (PETITION NO.
1180, LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SIXTH STREET AND STERLING
AVENUE) .

THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino
8 Municipal Code, the following described parcel of real property,
9 generally located at the northeast corner of Sixth Street and
10 Sterling Avenue, is rezoned from R-3-2000 Multiple-Family
11 Residential District to PRD-17U Planned Residential Development
12 District (17 units per acre), subject to conditions imposed by the
13 Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Bernardino at their
14 meeting of February 23, 1981, which are on file in the office of
15 Ithe City Clerk of the City of San Bernardino:

All that real property situated in the City of San
Bernardino, County of San Bernardino, State of
California, described as follows:

That portion of Lot 4, Block 62, Rancho San
Bernardino, in the County of San Bernardino, State
of California, as per map recorded in Book 7 of
Maps, Page 2, in the office of the County Recorder
of said County, lying southerly of the southerly
line of the north 1/2 of the north 1/2 of the south
1/2 of the north 1/2 of said Lot 4 and lying
northerly of the centerline of Sixth Street,
(formerly known as Rathbun Street) as described in
the deed to the County of San Bernardino, recorded
June 25, 1926 in Book 110, Page 351 of Official
Records of said County.

SECTION 2. The zoning map, which is incorporated by
27 reference in Section 19.06.020 of the San Bernardino Municipal
28 Code, is amended to reflect the changes of zone set forth in this
