ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING CHAPTER t
10.16 OF THE SAN BE~'lARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE; ADDING SECTION
10.16.170 RELATING TO COMMISSIONERS' PA~~ING; AND REPEALING SECTIO

THE MAYOR AND COI~10N COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Chapter 10.16 is amended by adding thereto
7 Section 10.16.170 to read:

"10.16.170 Parking - Conunissioners.
9 When the city traffic engineer places and maintains or
10 causes to be placed and maintained authorized signs or markings
lIon, in or about public parking spaces designating the spaces to
12 be available and reserved for vehicular parking by city board
13 or conunissioner members only, no vehicle other than those with
14 a permit pursuant to Section 10.16.190 shall be parked in any
15 such parking space so marked, signed or designated."

SECTION 2. Section 10.16.180 of the San Bernardino
17 Municipal Code is hereby repealed.
