ORDINANCE REZONING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND, AND AMENDING THE
LAND USE ZONING MAP, WHICH IS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN SECTION
19.06.020 OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE, (PETITION NO.
1183, LOCATED NORTHERLY OF 1-15 EAST FREEWAY [FRONTAGE ROAD]
APPROXIMATELY 3,665 FEET NORTHWESTERLY OF LITTLE LEAGUE DRIVE).

THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino
8 Municipal Code, the following described parcel of real property,
9 generally located northerly of 1-15 East Freeway (Frontage Road)
10 approximately 3,665 feet northwesterly of Little League Drive, is
II rezoned from R-3-3000 Multiple-Family Residential District to MHP
12 Mobile Home Park Zone, subject to conditions imposed by the Mayor
13 and Common Council of the City of San Bernardino at their meeting
14 of March 6, 1981, which are on file in the office of the City
15 Clerk of the City of San Bernardino:
16 All that real property situated in the City of San
Bernardino, County of San Bernardino, State of
17 California, described as follows:
18 That portion of Lot 11 of the Meyer and Barclay
Subdivision as per plat recorded in Book 2 of Maps,
19 Page 32, records of San Bernardino County, California,
described as follows:

Beginning at the intersection of the east line of said
Lot 11 with the northeasterly line of the land conveyed
to the State of California for freeway and incidental
purposes by deed recorded June 5, 1957 in Book 4247,
Page 563, official records of said county; thence north
020 40' 02" east a distance of 728.43 feet, more or
less, to a point on the southerly line of the land
conveyed to the San Bernardino County Flood Control
District by deed recorded in Book 1716, Page 156,
official records of said county, thence along said
southerly line north 470 13' 15" west a distance of
1329.29 feet; thence north 600 10' 23" west a distance
of 277.46 feet more or less to the northeast corner of
the land conveyed to Bill Lee Turner, et al., by deed
recorded March 17, 1958 in Book 4462, Page 73, official
records of said county; thence south 020 11' 58" west

along the east line thereof 392.45 feet more or less to
the northwest corner of the land conveyed to Flossie I.
Matthews by deed recorded January 22, 1935 in Book
1032, Page 258, official records of said county; thence
south 470 11' 35" east a distance of 100.00 feet to the
northeast corner of said Matthews' land; thence south
020 11' 58" west along the east line thereof a distance
of 257.24 feet to a point on the northeasterly line of
the land conveyed to the State of California by deed
recorded June 6, 1957 in Book 4249, Page 130, official
records of said county; thence 470 11' 20" east, along
said northeasterly line, a distance of 1545.80 feet to
the Point of Beginning. Containing 20.37 acres more or
less.

SECTION 2. The zoning map, which is incorporated by
11 reference in Section 19.06.020 of the San Bernardino Municipal
12 code, is amended to reflect the changes of zone set forth in this
13 ordinance.
