ORDINANCE REZONING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND, AND AMENDING THE!
LAND USE ZONING MAP, WHICH IS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN SECTION
19.06.020 OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION NO. 1185,
LOCATED AT 1230 WEST SECOND STREET).
I THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chanter 19.06 of the San Bernardino
7 Municipal Code, the following described parcel of real property,
8 generally located at 1230 West Second Street, is rezoned from C-2
9 Community Commercial to C-3A Limited General Commercial, subject
10 Ito conditions imposed by the Mayor and Common Council of the City
II of San Bernardino at their meeting of April 6, 1981, which are on
12 file in the office of the City Clerk of the City of San Bernardino:
All that real property situated in the City of San
Bernardino, County of San Bernardino, State of
California, described as follows:

lying southeasterly of Viaduct Boulevard and a por-
