DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardin
8 Municipal Code, the following described parcel of real property,

generally located adjacent to the southwest corner of Ninth Street
and Waterman Avenue, is rezoned from "T" Transitional and R-3-1200
'1ul tiple Family Res iden tial to C-3A Limited General Commercial
District, subject to conditions imposed by the Mayor and Common
Council of the City of San Bernardino at their meeting of April 6,
1981, which are on file in the office of the City Clerk of the
City of San Bernardino:
All that real property situated in the City of
San Bernardino, County of San Bernardino, State
of California, described as follows:
All that portion of Lots 4, 5 and 6, Block 3,
RANCHO SAN BERNARDINO, in the City of San
Bernardino, County of San Bernardino, State
of California, as per plat recorded in Book 7
of Map.s, Page 2, in the off ice of the County
Recorder of said County more particularly des-
cribed as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Lot
5; thence North 890 32' 40" West along the
North line of said Lot 5 a distance of 150.00
feet, to the True Point of Beginning; thence
South 000 15' 38" West parallel with the East
line of said Lot 5 a distance of 250.00 feet
to the North line of that certain parcel of
land described as Parcel No.2 in the deed to
Glen E. and Judy C. Conley, recorded August 7,
1974 as Instrument No. 918 in Book 8489, Page
511 Official Records of said County; thence
North 890 32' 40" West parallel with the North
line of said Lot 5 a distance of 50 feet to a

point in the most Easterly line of that certain
parcel of land described in the deed to Los
Angeles Mifuku, Inc., a California corporation
recorded June 28, 1968 as Instrument No. 37 in
Book 7050, Page 996 Official Records of said
County; thence South 000 15' 38" West along a
line 200 feet West of and parallel with the East
line of said Lot 5 a distance of 474.62 feet to
a point 557.00 feet North of the South line of
said Lot 6, a distance of 233.08 feet to a point
22.00 feet East of the West line of said Lot 6;
thence North 000 16' 34" East along a line 22.00
feet East of and parallel with the West line
of said Lot 6, a distance of 83.74 feet to a
point in the North line of said Lot 6, which
bears South 890 31' 13" East 22.00 feet from
the Northwest corner of said Lot 6; thence North
890 31' 13" West along the North line of said
Lot 6 a distance of 22.00 feet to the Northwest
corner of said Lot 6, said Northwest corner being
a point in the Easterly line of that parcel des-
cribed as Parcel No.1 in that deed to the City
of San Bernardino recorded November 20, 1956
in Book 2674, Page 190 Official Records of
said County; thence North 140 20' 13" West along
said Easterly line a distance of 455.83 feet to a
point in the Southerly line of that parcel of
land described in that deed to the City of San
Bernardino, recorded November 30, 1953 in Book
3285, Page 306 Official Records of said County;
thence South 890 32' 40" East along the Southerly
line of said parcel a distance of 115.00 feet
to the West line of aforementioned Lot 5; thence
North 0016' 34" East along said West line a
distance of 200.00 feet to the North line of
said Lot 5; thence South 890 32' 40" East along
said North line a distance of 305.88 feet to the
POINT OF BEGINNING.
