ORDINANCE NO. A1'C- f/9 THE MAYOR AND COr~10N COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardin 8 Municipal Code, the following described parcel of real property, 9 10 11 J2 13 ]4 15 ]6 I7 18 19 20 2] 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 generally located adjacent to the southwest corner of Ninth Street and Waterman Avenue, is rezoned from "T" Transitional and R-3-1200 '1ul tiple Family Res iden tial to C-3A Limited General Commercial District, subject to conditions imposed by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Bernardino at their meeting of April 6, 1981, which are on file in the office of the City Clerk of the City of San Bernardino: All that real property situated in the City of San Bernardino, County of San Bernardino, State of California, described as follows: All that portion of Lots 4, 5 and 6, Block 3, RANCHO SAN BERNARDINO, in the City of San Bernardino, County of San Bernardino, State of California, as per plat recorded in Book 7 of Map.s, Page 2, in the off ice of the County Recorder of said County more particularly des- cribed as follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Lot 5; thence North 890 32' 40" West along the North line of said Lot 5 a distance of 150.00 feet, to the True Point of Beginning; thence South 000 15' 38" West parallel with the East line of said Lot 5 a distance of 250.00 feet to the North line of that certain parcel of land described as Parcel No.2 in the deed to Glen E. and Judy C.
