SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino
Municipal Code, the following described parcel of real property,
generally located north of Ninth Street, east of Pennsylvania
Avenue, west of Madison Avenue (extended) and approximately 290
feet south of the centerline of Base Line Street, is rezoned from
.
R-1-7200 Single Family Residential District and "T" Transitional
District to R-3-3600 Multiple Family Residential District:
All that real property situated in the City of San
Bernardino, County of San Bernardino, State of
California, described as follows:
Portion of Rancho San Bernardino as recorded in San
Bernardino County, Book of Maps 7, Page 2.
The southerly 720~ feet of Lot 20 and the southerly
720+ feet of the easterly 180~ feet of Lot 19 of
Rancho San Bernardino as recorded on Page 2 of Book
7 of Maps, County of San Bernardino, excepting that
property beginning at the southeast corner of Lot
20 extending westerly along the southerly boundaries
of Lots 19 and 20 520.43 feet, thence northerly 25+
feet, thence east by southerly 520.6~ feet to the point
of beginning.

SECTION 2. The zoning map, which is incorporated by
reference in section 19.06.020 of the San Bernardino Municipal
Code, is amended to reflect the change of zone set forth in this
ordinance.
