NO. 1189, LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF MILL STREET, 300' EAST OF

DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino

Municipal Code, the following described parcel of real property,

generally located on the south side of Mill Street, 300' east of
10
the intersection of Mill Street and Waterman Avenue, is rezoned
from M-l Light Industrial district to C-M Commercial-Manufacturin.

of California, described as follows:
Parcel #2 of Parcel Map 3579, recorded in Book
32 of Parcel Maps, Page 20, Official Records of
