ORDINANCE REZONING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND, AND AMENDING
TilE LAND USE ZONING MAP, "mICH IS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN
SECTION 19.06.020 OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION
NO. 1190, LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF LUGO, 215' NORTH OF BASELIN ).
THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOIvS:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardin
Municipal Code, the following described parcel of real property,
generally located on the east side of Lugo, 215' north of
Baseline, is rezoned from nTn Transitional district to C-3A
Limited General Commercial district:
All that real property situated in the City of
San Bernardino, County of San Bernardino, State
of California, described as follows:
Lot 19, Block 5, Portion of Baseline Addition
(amended) on assesors Map Book 146, Page 23,
San Bernardino County. As recorded on Page 35,
Book 4 of Maps, San Bernardino County.
(PARCEL NO. NINE HUNDRED TWENTY-SIX - PETITION
NO. 1190)
SECTION 2. The zoning map, which is incorporated by
reference in Section 19.06.020 of the San Bernardino Municipal
Code, is amended to reflect the change of zone set forth in this
ordinance.
