ITHE LAND USE ZONING ~.AP, WHICH IS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN
SECTION 19.06.020 OF THE SAN BERNAP~INO MUNICIPAL CODE. (PETITION
NO. 1181, LOCATED ADJACENT TO THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF EAST OLIVE
AVENUE AND BOBBETT DRIVE); AND REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. MC-39.

THE MAYOR AND COMNON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino
7
Municipal Code, the following described parcel of real property,
8
generally located adjacent to the southeast corner of East Olive
9
Avenue and Bobbett Drive, is rezoned from R-3-3600 Multiple-Family
10
Residential District to ~~-lA Limited Light Manufacturing District:

All that real property situated in the City of San
Bernardino, County of San Bernardino, State of
California, described as follows:

The north 475 feet of the following described
property:

Rancho San Bernardino, a Portion of Block 42, Lot
4, except west 30 feet and except portion to San
Bernardino County Flood Control District and Rancho
San Bernardino, a Portion of Lot 3, Block 42, lying
westerly of San Bernardino Flood Control District.

SECTION 2. The zoning map, ~Ihich is incorporated by

reference in Section 19.06.020 of the San Bernardino Municipal

Code, is amended to reflect the changes of zone set forth in this

ordinance.

SECTION 3. Ordinance No. MC-39 is repealed.
