2 ORDINANCE REZONING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND, AND AMENDING
THE LAND USE ZONING MAP, WHICH IS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN
3 SECTION 19.06.020 OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION
NO. 1182, LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF "K" STREET APPROXIMATELY 300
4 FEET SOUTH OF CONGRESS STREET) .
5 THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino
8
Municipal Code, the following described parcel of real property,
9
generally located on the west side of "K" Street approximately
10
300 feet south of Congress Street, is rezoned from R-2 Two Family
11
Residential district to R-3-3600 Multiple Family Residential dis-
12
tr ict :

All that real property situated in the City of San
Bernardino, County of San Bernardino, State of
California, described as follows:

All that portion of Lot 4, Block 14, according
to Map of the San Bernardino Rancho in the City
of San Bernardino, County of San Bernardino, State
of California, as per map recorded in Book 7 of Maps,
Page 2, in the office of the County Recorder of
said County, described as follows:

Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 4; thence
North 190 feet; thence West 150 feet; thence South
190 feet; thence East 150 feet to the Point of
Beginning.
