2 ORDINANCE REZONING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND, AND AMENDING
THE LAND USE ZONING MAP, WHICH IS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN
3 SECTION 19.06.020 OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION
NO. 1194, LOCATED ON THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF 21ST STREET AND
4 ARROWHEAD AVENUE) .
5 THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino
8 Municipal Code, the following described parcel of real property,
9 generally located at the northeast corner of 21st Street and
10 Arrowhead Avenue, is rezoned from R-3~1200 Multiple Family Residen
11 tial District to A-P Administrative-Professional District:
12 All that real property situated in the City of
San Bernardino, County of San Bernardino, State
13 of California, described as follows:
14 Lot 12, Deodar Place, in the City of San Bernardino,
State of California as per plat recorded in Book
15 21 of Maps, Page 28, in the office of the County
Recorder of said County.

SECTION 2. The zoning map, which is incorporated by

reference in Section 19.06.020 of the San Bernardino Municipal

Code, is amended to reflect the change of zone set forth in this

ordinance.
