2 ORDINANCE REZONING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND, AND AMENDING
THE LAND USE ZONING MAP, WHICH IS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN
3 SECTION 19.06.020 OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION
NO. 1193, LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF DATE STREET AND
4 PARK AVENUE) .
5 THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino
8 Municipal Code, the following described parcel of real property,
9 generally located at the northeast corner of Date Street and
10 Park Avenue, is rezoned from C-3A Limited General Commercial
11 !District to R-3-1200 Multiple Family Residential District:
12 All that real property situated in the City of
San Bernardino, County of San Bernardino, State
13 of California, described as follows:
14 The west 104.375 feet of the east 208.75 feet
of the south 126.25 feet of Lot 22, Del Rosa
15 Heights, in the City of San Bernardino, County
of San Bernardino, State of California, as per
16 map recorded in Book 19, page 39 of maps, in
the office of the County Recorder of said county.

SECTION 2. The zoning map, which is incorporated by
20 reference in Section 19.06.020 of the San Bernardino Municipal
21 Code, is amended to reflect the change of zone set forth in this
