2 ORDINANCE REZONING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND, AND AMENDING
THE LAND USE ZONING MAP, WHICH IS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN
3 SECTION 19.06.020 OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION
NO. 1196, LOCATED BETWEEN PALM AND OLIVE AVENUES, MIDWAY BETWEEN
4 IRVINGTON AVENUE AND KENDALL DRIVE) .
5 THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino
8 Municipal Code, the following described parcel of real property,
9 generally located between Palm and Olive Avenues, midway between
10 Irvington Avenue and Kendall Drive, is rezoned from R-1-7200 Singl
11 Family Residential District to R-3-3000 Multiple Family Residentia
12 District:
13 All that real property situated in the City of
San Bernardino, County of San Bernardino, State
14 of California, described as follows:
15 All of Lot 1, Block 61, Irvington Land and Water
Company's Subdivision, as per plat recorded in
16 Book 3 of Maps, Page 9, records of said County.
17 Excepting therefrom that portion described as
follows:

Beginning at the southwest corner of said lot;
thence east along the south line of said lot,
335.25 feet; thence north 185 feet; thence west
at right angles 325.25 feet to the west line
of said lot; thence south along said west line,
185 feet to the Point of Beginning.

Also excepting that portion deeded to the San
Bernardino County Flood Control by deed dated
Nov. 26, 1948 and recorded Dec. 13, 1948 in
Book 2334, Page 302, Official Records.

SECTION 2. The zon~ng map, which is incorporated by
