2 ORDINANCE REZONING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND, AND AMENDING
TilE LAND USE ZONING MAP, WHICH IS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN
3 SECTION 19.06.020 OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION
NO. 1197, LOCATED NORTH OF CITRUS STREET, SOUTH OF PIEDMONT DRIVE
4 APPROXIMATELY 591 FEET EAST OF THE CENTERLINE OF VICTORIA AVENUE).

DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardin
8 Municipal Code, the following described parcel of real property,
9 generally located north of Citrus Street, south of piedmont Drive
10 approximately 591 feet east of the centerline of Victoria Avenue,
]1 is rezoned from R-1-7200 Single Family Residential District to
]2 PRD-6U Planned Residential Development District at six units per
13 net acre:
14 All that real property situated in the City of
San Bernardino, County of San Bernardino, State
15 of California, described as follows:
16 PARCEL NO.1:
17 Tentative Tract No. 10733, being a subdivision
of the following described property:

That portion lying north of Citrus Avenue as the
same now exists, of that portion of the South 1/2
of the northwest 1/4 of Section 29, Township 1
North, Range 3 West, SAN BERNARDINO BASE AND
MERIDIAN, in the County of San Bernardino, State
of California, according to Government Survey,
described as follows:

Beginning at a 2-inch iron pipe "A" which is
610.8 feet east of a 2-inch iron at the north-
west corner of the southwest 1/2 of the north-
west 1/4 of said Section 29; thence from said
point "A", the point beginning, east 880.4
feet to a 2-inch iron pipe; thence south along
the east side of the east wall of a concrete
irrigating ditch 1320 feet to a 2-inch iron
pipe on the south side of a rock waste ditch;
thence west 882 feet to a 2-inch pipe; thence
north 1320 feet along the east line of a con-
crete storm water ditch to the point of beginning.

SECTION 2. The zoning map, which is incorporated by
