ORDINANCE OF' THE CITY OF' SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING SECTION
19.16.060 OF' THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO AREA
AND WIDTH OF' A MOBILE HOllE SITE, CORRECTING A TYPOGRAPHICAL ERROR
IN THE ~lINIMUM DEPTH OF' A DOUBLE WIDE SITE, AND RESTATING THE
SECTION F'OR CLARITY.
THE ~YOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF' SAN BERNARDINO DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Section 19.16.060 of the San Bernardino Municipal
Code is amended to read:
"19.16.060 Area of site.
The area of a mobile home site shall be 2800 square feet for
a single wide site, 4320 square feet for a double wide site, and
17120 square feet for a triple wide site. Minimum average width of
leach lot shall be 35 feet for a single wide site, 54 feet for a
double wide site, and 89 feet for a triple wide site. Minimum
average depth of each site shall be 80 feet. The area and
dimension requirements of this section shall apply to subdivided
lots in a mobile home planned development, as well as to sites in
a mobile home park."
