2 ORDINANCE REZONING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND, AND AMENDING
THE LAND USE ZONING MAP, WHICH IS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN
3 SECTION 19.06.020 OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION
NO. 1185, LOCATED AT 1230 WEST SECOND STREET), AND REPEALING
4 ORDINANCE NO. MC-48.
5 THE MAYOR AND CO~~ON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino
8
Municipal Code, the following described parcel of real property,
9
generally located at 1230 West Second Street, is rezoned from C-2
10
Community Commercial to C-3A Limited General Commercial:

All that real property situated in the City of San
Bernardino, County of San Bernardino, State of
California, described as follows:

A portion of Lot 11, Block 15, Rancho San Bernardino
lying southeasterly of Viaduct Boulevard and a por-
tion of Lots 12 and 13, lying south of New 3rd Street
except Viaduct Boulevard, 6.4 acres, parcel No.
138-263-02.

SECTION 2. The zoning map, which is incorporated by refer-
19 ence in Section 19.06.020 of the San Bernardino Municipal Code, is
20 amended to reflect the changes of zone set forth in this ordinance.

SECTION 3. Ordinance No. MC-48 is repealed.
