2 ORDINANCE REZONING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND, AND AMENDING
THE LAND USE ZONING MAP, WHICH IS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN
3 SECTION 19.06.020 OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION
NO. 1187, LOCATED ADJACENT TO THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF NINTH STREET
4 AND WATERMAN AVENUE), AND REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. MC-49.
5 THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino
8 Municipal Code, the following described parcel of real property,
9 generally located adjacent to the southwest corner of Ninth Stree
10 and Waterman Avenue, is rezoned from "T" Transitional and
11
R-3-1200 Multiple Family Residential to C-3A Limited General
12
Commercial District:

All that real property situated in the City of
San Bernardino, County of San Bernardino, State
of California, described as follows:

All that portion of Lots 4, 5 and 6, Block 3,
RANCHO SAN BERNARDINO, in the City of San
Bernardino, County of San Bernardino, State
of California, as per plat recorded in Book 7
of Maps, Page 2, in the Office of the County
Recorder of said County more particularly
described as follows:

Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Lot
5; thence South 000 15' 38" West along the
East line of said Lot 5 a distance of 350
feet to the Southeast corner of that certain
parcel of land described as Parcel No.1 in
the deed to Glen E. and Judy C. Conley, re-
corded August 7, 1974 as Instrument No. 918,
in Book 8489, Page 511 of Official Records of
said County; thence North 890 32' 40" \'1est
parallel with the North line of said Lot 5
a distance of 200 feet to the most Easterly

line of said parcel a distance of 115.00
feet to the West line of aforementioned Lot 5;

454.88 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.

SECTION 2. The zoning map, which is incorporated by
reference in Section 19.06.020 of the San Bernardino Municipal
Code, is amended to reflect the change of zone set forth in this
ordinance.
SECTION 3. Ordinance No. MC-49 is repealed.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance was duly
adopted by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San
Bernardino at an adlourned regular
