2 ORDINANCE REZONING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND, AND AMENDING
THE LAND USE ZONING MAP, WHICH IS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN
3 SECTION 19.06.020 OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION
NO. 1191, LOCATED NORTH OF RANDALL AVENUE, BETWEEN EUCALYPTUS AND
4 PEPPER AVENUES) .
5 THE MAYOR AND CO~~ON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino
8
Municipal Code, the following described parcel of real property,
9
generally located north of Randall Avenue, between Eucalyptus and
10
Pepper Avenues, is rezoned from R-1-7200 Single Family Residential
11
District to PRD-7U Planned Residential Development District at
12
seven dwelling units per net acre:

All that real property situated in the City of San
Bernardino, County of San Bernardino, State of
California, described as follows:

Lot 149 of the TOWN OF RIALTO AND ADJOINING SUB-
DIVISIONS, in the City of San Bernardino, County
of San Bernardino, State of California, as per plat
recorded in Book 4 of Maps, Page 11, records of
said County. Assessor's Parcel #142-171-01.

SECTION 2. The zoning map, which is incorporated by
21 reference in Section 19.06.020 of the San Bernardino Municipal
