2 ORDINANCE REZONING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND, AND AMENDING
THE LAND USE ZONING MAP, WHICH IS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN
3 SECTION 19.06.020 OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION
NO. 1199, LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF TIPPECANOE AVENUE APPROXIH
4 MATELY 521 FEET SOUTH OF THE CENTERLINE OF BASELINE STREET AND NORT
OF THE WARM CREEK FLOOD CONTROL CHANNEL).

THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
6 DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino
8
IMunicipal Code, the following described parcel of real property,

Igenerally located on the east side of Tippecanoe Avenue approxi-
i
9
10 Imately 521 feet south of the centerline of Baseline Street and
11 north of the Warm Creek Flood Control Channel, is rezoned from
12 R-1-7200 Single Family Residential District to R-3-3000 Multiple
13 Family Residential District:

All that real property situated in the City of San
Bernardino, County of San Bernardino, State of
California, described as follows:

A portion of the west 1/2 of Lot 7, Block 51,
40 acre survey of the Rancho San Bernardino,
State of California, as per plat recorded in
Book 7 of Maps, Page 2, Records of said County
described as follows:

Beginning at the centerline of Baseline Street
and Tippecanoe Avenue thence east 44 feet thence
south 521.25 feet to the Point of Beginning,
thence east 421.68 + feet, thence south 545.52 ~
feet to the northerly line of the San Bernardino
County Flood Control Channel, thence southwest
451.41 + feet along the northerly line of the
San Bernardino County Flood Control Channel to
the east line of Tippecanoe Avenue, thence north
700.22 + feet along the east side of Tippecanoe
Avenue to the Point of Beginning.
