2 ORDINANCE REZONING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND, AND AMENDING
HE LAND USE ZONING MAP, WHICH IS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN
3 ECTION 19.06.020 OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION
O. 1201, LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SECOND STREET AND
4 UGO AVENUE) .
5 THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino
8 unicipal Code, the following described parcel of real property,
9 enerally located at the northeast corner of Second Street and
10 Lugo Avenue, is rezoned from A-P Administrative-Professional
11 District to R-3-1200 Multiple Family Residential District:

All that real property situated in the City of San
Bernardino, County of San Bernardino, State of
California, described as follows:

Lots 30 and 31, Block "CD of the Dailey Tract,
in the City of San Bernardino, County of San
Bernardino, State of California as per plat
recorded in Book 6 of Maps, Page 34, records of
said County.

SECTION 2. The zoning map, which is incorporated by
20 reference in Section 19.06.020 of the San Bernardino Municipal
