2 ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING SECTION
19.24.190 SUBSECTION B. OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE; AND
3 ESTRICTING COMMERCIAL VEHICLES OVER 6,000 POUNDS FROM USING THE
ITY HALL ACCESS LOOP.

THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
5 0 ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Section 10.24.190 subsection B. of the San
7 Bernardino Municipal Code is amended to read:
8
"B. Pursuant to the authority and restrictions of Traffic
9 Code Sections 35701 et seq., no person shall operate or drive any
10 vehicle exceeding a maximum gross weight limit of six thousand
11 !pounds upon the following streets, and the Director of Public
,
12 iworks/City Engineer shall cause appropriate signs to be erected
13 giving notice thereof:

1. Arrowhead Avenue between Marshall Boulevard and
15 Kendall Drive;
16
2. Commercenter East;
17
3. Commercenter West;
18
4. Airport Drive;
19
5. San Bernardino Civic Plaza Access Loop."
