2 ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING CHAPTER
15.38 OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE BY ADDING SECTION
3 15.38.080 SUSPENDING OPERATION OF CHAPTER 15.38 WHICH RELATES TO
THE LOADING AND RF~OVAL OF CONCRETE, ASPHALT AND UNUSABLE CON-
4 STRUCTION MATERIALS UNTIL JANUARY 1, 1982.
5 THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Chapter 15.38 of the San Bernardino Municipal
7
Code is amended by adding Section 15.38.080 to read:
8
"15.38.080 Effective Date.
9
The provisions of this chapter are suspended and shall not
10
be operative and shall have no effect until January 1, 1982."
