ORDINANCE NO.
2 ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING CHAPTER
19.04 OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE BY ADDING SECTION
3 19.04.043 WHICH DEFINES AMUSEMENT ARCADE.
4 THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Section 19.04.043 is added to the San Bernardino
7 Municipal Code to read:

"19.04.043 Amusement arcade.
9 'Amusement arcade' means a business operating more than five
10 coin operated machines within an enclosed building, which includes
]1 but is not limited to, video games, pinball machines, and other
]2 similar electronic and mechanical games of skill and chance."
]3 I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance was duly
14 adopted by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San
