2 ORDINANCE REZONING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND, AMENDING THE
LAND USE ZONING MAP, WHICH IS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN SECTION
3 19.06.020 OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION NO. 1202,
GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF LINCOLN AVENUE, APPROXIMATEL'
4 450 FEET WEST OF THE CENTERLINE OF STATE STREET) .
5 THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino

Municipal Code, the following described parcel of real property,
8
generally located on the south side of Lincoln Avenue approximately
9
450 feet west of the centerline of State Street, is rezoned from

R-1-7200 Single Family Residential District to PRD-7U Planned
II
Residential Development District at seven units per net acre:

All that real property situated in the City of San
Bernardino, County of San Bernardino, State of
California, described as follows:

Lot 89 of Tract No. 2353 as recorded in Book of
Maps 33, Page 66 and 67, records of County of
San Bernardino, California.

SECTION 2. The zoning map, which is incorporated by

reference in Section 19.06.020 of the San Bernardino Municipal Code,

is amended to reflect the change of zone set forth is this

ordinance.
