2 ORDINANCE REZONING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND, AND AMENDING
THE LAND USE ZONING MAP, WHICH IS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN
3 SECTION 19.06.020 OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION
NO. 1207, LOCATED ON APPROXI~ffiTELY 27.61 ACRES HAVING A FRONTAGE
4 OF APPROXIMATELY 2,337 FEET ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE I-IS FRONTAGE
ROAD AND BEING LOCATED APPROXIMATELY 3,665 FEET NORTHWEST OF THE
5 CENTERLINE OF LITTLE LEAGUE DRIVE) .

DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardinc
9
Municipal Code, the real property described in Exhibit "A",
10
attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, generally
11
located on approximately 27.61 acres having a frontage of approxi-
12
mately 2,337 feet on the north side of the I-IS Frontage Road
13
and being located approximately 3,665 feet northwest of the
14
centerline of Little League Drive, is rezoned from R-3-3000 to
15
MHP for 7.21 acres for previously approved mobile home subdivision.

SECTION 2. The zoning map, which is incorporated by
17
reference in Section 19.06.020 of the San Bernardino Municipal
18
Code, is amended to reflect the change of zone set forth in this
19
ordinance.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance was duly

adopted by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San

LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
that portion of the Heyer and Barclay Subdivision as per plat recorded in
Book 2 of Maps, Page 32, records of San Bernardino County, California, de-
scribed as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the west line of said Lot 11 with the north-
easterly line of the land conveyed to the State of California for freeway
and incidental purposes by deed recorded December 6, 1957 in Book 4384, Page
553, Official Records of said county; thence north 02020'06" east, along the
west line of Lot 11, a distance of 473.55 feet more or less to a point on the
south line of the land conveyed to the San Bernardino County Flood Control
District by deed recorded in Book 1716, Page 156, Official Records of said
county; thence south 60010'23" east along said southerly line a distance of
590.01 feet more or less to the northeast corner of the land conveyed to
Billy Lee Turner, et aI, by deed recorded March 17, 1958 in Book 4462,
Page 73, Official Records of said county; thence south 02011'58" west along
the east line thereof 392.45 feet more or less to the northwest corner of the
land conveyed to Flossie 1. Matthews by deed recorded January 22, 1935 in
Book 1032, Page 258, Official Records of said county; thence south 47011'35"
east a distance of 100.00 feet to the northeast corner of said Matthews' land;
thence south 02011'58" west along the east line thereof a distance of 257.24
feet to a point on the northeasterly line of the land conveyed to the State
of California by deed recorded June 6, 1957 in Book 4249, Page DO, Official
Records of said county; thence north 47011'00" west along said northeasterly
line a distance of 792.63 feet to the Point of Beginning.
LAND USE ACTION:
Change zone from R-3-3000 to MHP for 7.21 acres for previously approved
mobile home subdivision.
GENERAL LOCATION:
Property consists of approximately 27.61 acres having a frontage of approxi-
mately 2,337 feet on the north side of the 1-15 Frontage Road and being
located approximately 3,665 feet northwest of the centerline of Little League
Drive.
