2 ORDINANCE REZONING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND, AMENDING THE
LAND USE ZONING MAP, WHICH IS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN
3 SECTION 19.06.020 OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION
NO. 1209, GENERALLY LOCATED ON A RECTANGULARLY SHAPED PARCEL OF
4 LAND CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY 13,746 SQUARE FEET HAVING A
FRONTAGE OF APPROXIMATELY 92 FEET ON THE WEST SIDE OF MOUNTAIN
5 AVENUE AND BEING LOCATED APPROXIMATELY 165 FEET NORTH OF THE
CENTERLINE OF HIGHLAND AVENUE) .

THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
7 DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino
9
Municipal Code, the following described parcel of real property,
10
generally located on a rectangularly shaped parcel of land consist
11

ling of approximately 13, 746 square feet having a frontage of
12
approximately 92 feet on the west side of Mountain Avenue and
ibeing located approximately 165 feet north of the centerline of
I

Highland Avenue, is rezoned from R-3-1200 Multiple Family Residen-
15
tial to C-3A Limited General Commercial:

All that real property situated in the City of San
Bernardino, County of San Bernardino, State of
California, described as follows:

Parcel 3 of Parcel Map No. 4477, in the City
of San Bernardino, County of San Bernardino,
State of California, as per map recorded in Book
40, pages 55 and 56 of Parcel Maps, in the Office
of the County Recorder of said County.

SECTION 2. The zoning map, which is incorporated by

reference in Section 19.06.020 of the San Bernardino Municipal

Code, is amended to reflect the change of zone set forth in this

ordinance.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance was duly

adopted by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San
