2 ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING SECTION
5.76.540 OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE TO PROVIDE THAT
3 TOWING CARRIERS RESPONDING TO CALLS FROM THE SAN BERNARDINO
POLICE DEPARTMENT SHALL OPERATE FROM A PLACE OF BUSINESS IN THE
4 CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AND SHALL HAVE REQUIRED FACILITIES IN THE
CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO.

THE MAYOR &ND COI~~ON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
6 DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. San Bernardino Municipal Code Section 5.76.540
8 is amended to add a new subsection 0 to read:

"0. The carrier shall operate from a place of business
10 located within the City of San Bernardino, and all of the
11 facilities necessary to comply with the provisions of this sec-
12 tion shall be located within the City of San Bernardino."
13 I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance was duly
14 adopted by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San
