2 ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING THE SAN
BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE TO ADD SECTION 5.76.555, TO REQUIRE THAT
3 EVERY TOW TRUCK OPERATED IN THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO SHALL BE
CLEARLY MARKED ON BOTH SIDES OF THE CAB WITH THE NAME AND TELEPHON
4 NUMBER OF THE TOWING CARRIER.
5 THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. The San Bernardino l1unicipal Code is amended by
7
adding a new section 5.76.555 to read:

"5.76.555 Marking of Trucks.
9
Every tow truck operated in the City of San Bernardino,
10
regardless of whether it is on the rotation for police calls, shal
11
be clearly marked on both sides of the cab with the name and
12
telephone number of the towing carrier which operates the truck."

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance was duly

adopted by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San
15
adjourned regular
meeting thereof, held
