SECTION 1. Chapter 2.28 of the San Bernardino Municipal
is hereby amended by adding thereto the following section.

I "2.28.030 Service outside City limits.
I Water and sewer service outside the corporate limits of the
I Ci ty of San Bernardino sIBll not be authorized or approved by the
Isoard of Water Commissioners or its officers, employees and agents

except with the approval of the Hayor and Common Council."
