Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino 9 Municipal Code, the real property described in Exhibit "A", 10 attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, generally 11 located on an irregularly shaped parcel of land consisting of ]2 approximately 263 (gross) acres located between Waterman Avenue 13 and Tippecanoe Avenue and north of the 1-10 Freeway and further 14 described as the Tri-City Airport (closed), is rezoned from ]5 County M-l Industrial to M-IA Limited Light Manufacturing-Industri 1 16 zone. ]7 SECTION 2.
