2 ORDINANCE REZONING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND, ANENDING THE
LAND USE ZONING NAP, WHICH IS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN
3 SECTION 19.06.020 OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION
NO. 1214, GENERALLY LOCATED AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF NINTH AND
4 VALENCIA STREETS).
5 THE NAYOR AND COMc'lON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino
8 Municipal Code, the following described parcel of real property,
9 generally located at the northwest corner of Ninth and Valencia
10 Streets, is rezoned from R-1-7200 Single Family Residential to
11 R-3-3000 Multiple Family Residential:
]2 All that real property situated in the City of San
Bernardino, County of San Bernardino, State of
13 California, described as follows:
14 East 385 feet of Lot 7 Block 42, Rancho San
Bernardino, except streets, Map Book 7/2
15 records of San Bernardino County, California.
16 (PARCEL NO. NINE HUNDRED FIFTY - PETITION NO. 1214)

SECTION 2. The zoning map, which is incorporated by

reference in Section 19.06.020 of the San Bernardino Municipal
19
Code, is amended to reflect the change of zone set forth in this
20
ordinance.
