ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO REPEALING CHAPTER
2.42 OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO A MUNICIPAL
TRANSIT SYSTEM.
THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Chapter 2.42 of the San Bernardino Municipal Code
is repealed.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance was duly
