ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING SECTION
2.58.030 OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE TO PROVIDE THAT THE
CEMETERY COMMISSION SHALL MEET ON THE SECOND TUESDAY OF EACH MONTH
AT 3:00 P.M. IN THE CEMETERY OFFICE, 211 EAST NINTH STREET, SAN
BERNARDINO, CALIFORNIA.

THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Section 2.58.030 of the San Bernardino Municipal
8 Code is amended to read:

"2.58.030 Cemetery Commission.
10 The Cemetery Commission of the City shall meet at three p.m.
]1 on the second Tuesday of each month in the Cemetery Office, 211
]2 East Ninth Street, San Bernardino, California."
