ORDINANCE REZONING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND, AMENDING THE
LAND USE ZONING MAP, WHICH IS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN SECTION
19.06.020 OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION NO. 1217,
GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF PEPPER AVENUE APPROXIMATELY
660 FEET SOUTH OF THE CENTERLINE OF MILL STREET).
THE r1AYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino
Municipal Code, the following described parcel of real property,
generally located on the east side of Pepper Avenue approximately
660 feet south of the centerline of Mill Street, is rezoned from
R-1-7200 Single Family Residential to PRD-7U Planned Residential
Development at seven units per net acre:
All that real property situated in the City of San
Bernardino, County of San Bernardino, State of
California, described as follows:
A portion of Lot 134, Town of Rialto and adjoining
subdivision as recorded in MB 4/11 records of San
Bernardino, California, described as follows:
That portion lying west of San Bernardino County
Flood Control District except streets.
(PARCEL NO. NINE HUNDRED FIFTY-THREE - PETITION NO. 1217)
SECTION 2. The zoning map, which is incorporated by
reference in Section 19.06.020 of the San Bernardino Municipal
Cod~ is amended to reflect the change of zone set forth in this
ordinance.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance was duly
adopted by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San
Bernardino at a
