2 ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO ADDING SECTION
5.04.507 TO THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE TO LICENSE
J TEMPORARY EXHIBITIONS, SHOWS OR DISPLAYS IN ENCLOSED MALLS OR
SHOPPING CENTERS.

THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
5 DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Section 5.04.507 is added to the San Bernardino
7 Municipal Code to read:
"5.04.507 Temporary exhibitions, shows or displays -
8
9 Enclosed mall or shopping center.

A. For any person, firm or corporation promoting, organizin
11
or managing temporary exhibitions, shows or displays in which
12
sales are made, orders taken, or admission charged in the
13
thoroughfare or walkways of an enclosed mall or shopping center
]4
in excess of 500,000 square feet, the total license fee for the
15
entire operation thereof, including all sales, etc:,is $320.00
16 per year.

B.
"Temporary" as used in this section means those exhibi-
18
tions, shows or displays which are limited to sixty or fewer days."

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance was duly
adopted by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San
Bernardino at a
regular
meeting thereof,
