MC-147 2 ORDINANCE REZONING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND, AMENDING THE LAND USE ZONING MAP, WHICH IS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN SECTION 3 19.06.020 OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION NO. 82-1, GENERALLY LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF KENDALL DRIVE 4 AND PINE AVENUE HAVING A FRONTAGE OF APPROXIt1ATELY 1,800 FEET ON THE NORTH SIDE OF KENDALL DRIVE AND A FRONTAGE OF 620 FEET ON 5 THE WEST SIDE OF PINE AVENUE) . 6 THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: 7 SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino 8 Municipal Code, the following described parcel of real property, 9 generally located at the northeast corner of Kendall Drive 10 and Pine Avenue having a frontage of approximately 1,800 feet on 11 the north side of Kendall Drive and a frontage of 620 feet on ]2 the west side of Pine Avenue, is rezoned from R-3-2000 Multiple 13 Family Residential to PRD-12.5 Planned Residential Development ]4 at 12.5 units per acre: ]5 16 All that real property situated in the City of San Bernardino, County of San Bernardino, State of California, described as follows: 17 ]8 That portion of Blocks 42 and 52, Irvington Land & Water Company, Subdivision, in the County of San Bernardino, State of California, as per plat recorded in Book 3 of Maps, page 9, lying north of Kendall Drive, said land extending in a nertherly and westerly direc- tion along said Kendall Drive from the present road as it now exists on the ground known as pine Avenue. ]9 Excepting any portion thereof deeded to the State of California, by deed recorded May 29, 1943, in Book 1602 page 224, Official Records. Also excepting any portion of Block 42, lying within the limits of Tract No. 2404, recorded in Book 34 of Maps, pages 52 and 53. 27 Said land is also shown on Licensed Land Surveyor's Map, recorded in Book 1 Records of Survey, page 32 and Book 5 Records of MC-147 ]0 Jl '. 1 Survey, page 56. 2 (PARCEL NO. NINE HUNDRED SIXTY-TWO, PETITION NO. 82-1) 3 4 SECTION 2.
