ORDINANCE NO.
2 ORDINANCE REZONING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND, AMENDING THE
LAND USE ZONING MAP, WHICH IS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN SECTION
3 19.06.020 OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION NO. 1224,
GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF PUMALO STREET APPROXIMATELY
4 340 FEET WEST OF THE CENTERLINE OF DEL ROSA AVENUE.)
5 THE MAYOR AND COMI10N COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino

Municipal Code, the following described parcel of real property,
9
generally located on the south side of Pumalo Street approximately
340 feet west of the centerline of Del Rosa Avenue, is rezoned
from C-3A Limited General Commercial District to R-3-l200

Multiple Family Residential District:
All that real property situated in the County
of San Bernardino, State of California, des-
cribed as follows:

That portion of Lot 6, Block 10, Orange Grove
Tract, West Highland, in the County of San
Bernardino, State of California, as per plat
recorded in book 11 of Maps, page 14, in the
office of the County Recorder of said County,
described as follows:

Commencing at the northwest corner of said Lot
6; thence south along the west line of said Lot,
242.55 feet; thence east parallel with the north
line of said Lot, 100 feet; thence north parallel
with the west line of said Lot, 242.55 feet to the
north line of said Lot; thence west along the north
line of said Lot, 100 feet to the point of beginning.

Together with that portion of Pumalo Street, closed,
adjoining said property on the north.

Excepting therefrom 1/2 interest in and to all oil,
gas petroleum, naptha and other hydrocarbon sub-
stances and minerals, as contained in the Deed from
Federal Farm Mortgage Corporation, a corporation to
Albert B. Kinyon and Lilian K. Kinyon, his wife, as
joint tenants, recorded September 18, 1946, in book
1956, page 216, Official Records.
