2 ORDINANCE REZONING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND, AND AMENDING
THE LAND USE ZONING MAP, WHICH IS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN
3 SECTION 19.06.020 OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION
NO. 1222, GENERALLY LOCATED ON AN IRREGULARLY-SHAPED PARCEL OF
4 LAND CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY 253 ACRES LOCATED BETWEEN WATER-
MAN AVENUE AND TIPPECANOE AVENUE AND NORTH OF THE 1-10 FREEWAY
5 AND FURTHER DESCRIBED AS THE TRI-CITY AIRPORT [CLOSED]).
6 THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SM, BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1.
Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernar-

dino Municipal Code, the real property described in Exhibit "A",
9
attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, generally
located on an irregularly-shaped parcel of land consisting of
approximately 253 acres located between Waterman Avenue and
Tippecanoe Avenue and north of the 1-10 Freeway and further des-
cribed as the Tri-City Airport (closed), is rezoned from M-IA
Limited Light Manufacturing (pre zoning) District to C-M Commercial
Manufacturing and M-2 General Industrial District.
SECTION 2. The zoning map, which is incorporated by
reference in Section 19.06.020 of the San Bernardino Municipal
Code, is amended to reflect the change of zone set forth in this
ordinance.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance was duly
adopted by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San
