2 ORDINANCE REZONING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND, AMENDING THE
LAND USE ZONING MAP, WHICH IS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN SECTION
3 19.06.020 OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION NO. 1221,
GENERALLY LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LYNWOOD DRIVE AND
4 MOUNTAIN AVENUE.)
5 THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino
7
Municipal Code, the following described parcel of real property,
8
generally located at the northeast corner of Lynwood Drive and
9
Mountain Avenue, is rezoned from R-1-7200 Single Family Residen-
10
tial to R-2 Two Family Residential:

All that real property situated in the City of
San Bernardino, County of San Bernardino, State
of California, described as follows:

The South 250 feet of the East 120 feet of the
West 140 feet of Lot 4, Block 20, ORANGE GROVE
TRACT, in the County of San Bernardino, State
of California, as per plat recorded in book 11
of Maps, page 14, in the Office of the County
Recorder of said County.

SECTION 2. The zoning map, which is incorporated by
