ORDINANCE REZONING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND, AMENDING THE
LAND USE ZONING MAP, WHICH IS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN SECTION
19.06.020 OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION NO. 1218,
GENERALLY LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF HIGHLAND AVENUE AND
CITY CREEK ROAD).

THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino
8 Municipal Code, the following described parcel of real property,
9 generally located at the northeast corner of Highland .Avenue and
10 City Creek Road, is rezoned from R-1-7200 Single Family
11 Residential District to PRD Planned Residential Development
12 District:
13 That portion of the southeast 1/4 of Section 28,
Township 1 North, Range 3 West, San Bernardino Base
14 and Meridian, in the County of San Bernardino, State
of California, according to Government Survey,
15 described as follows:
16 Beginning at the southwest corner of said southeast
1/4; running thence north 50 feet to the north line of
17 Highland Ave~ue to the true point of beginning, thence
north 895.5 - feet to the centerline of the New Bear
18 Valley Ditch, formerly the Ditch of the Highland Ditch
Company; thence easterly along the centerline of said
19 ditch, 667 feet, more or less, thence easterly along
center of last mentioned ditch 846 feet, more or less;
20 thence north 880 10' east 28 feet; thence north 760
45' east 45.4 feet+ thence south 630 east 582 feet;
21 thence east 145.0 - feet to the northwesterly line of
City Creek Road; thence southwesterly along said
22 northwesterly line of City Creek Road and ~esterly
along north line of Highland Avenue 2,586 - feet to
23 the Point of Beginning (containing 40.29 acres, more
or less).

SECTION 2. The zoning map, which is incorporated by
27 reference in Section 19.06.020 of the San Bernardino Municipal
28 Code, is amended to reflect the change of zone set forth in this
